No pressure training is a workout you love to do. Pushing yourself for yourself. Doing something that benefits your body and mind. Our regimes and routines may look different but we all unite in post-workout satisfaction. This concept is about capturing the glow. Whether we’re showing an individual push or group camaraderie, sport should be about progress not perfection. None of the judgement. All the endorphins.
